I am coming from far away. Is there a hotel nearby that you have made arrangements wiht?

We do not have a single hotel set up for the event, but we do have some suggestions. The Best Western Falls Church (which is technically in Arlington, but still close to campus) is a good economical bet. If you want something closer to campus and a bit pricier (but in a nice area with tons of restaurants, shopping, etc.) I’d try the Hyatt House in Falls Church or Falls Church Mariott. The Courtyard by Mariott in Falls Church is near there as well and metro accessible. There are city buses that go to the campus from several metro stops. You can find this information (based on where you choose to stay) at wmata.com. Let us know if we can help with any further details. Looking forward to meeting you.
